After I've finished with it within the next week or so, my Volvo V40 1.9D is for sale, £695.

MOT is valid until October 2021, full V5 and 2 keys present. 203,566 miles on the clock at present (will increase slightly, still in use). Black leather trim, late phase 2 with 3 spoke steering wheel and revised instrument cluster, and electrically adjustable driver's seat. 16" alloys. Full climate control option fitted. Towbar is also fitted. HU-655 stereo fitted, supplied with code.

Recent work done by myself:
- New Bendix discs and pads on the front
- Faulty A/C compressor replaced
- New front wiper blades
- New Auxiliary belt

Good points: reliable estate car, surprisingly quiet engine for the mileage. Good on fuel, reasonable tax band, good tyres all round, long MOT. Big boot space and generally comfortable to drive. No issues with the central locking, headliner sag or CEM as is common on many S/V40s.

Bad points: A/C needs re-gassing (I have no reason to believe any other part of the system is faulty now I have replaced the compressor, but virtually no gas was present when I changed it). Seat heaters are poor (not investigated). O/S headlight height motor is broken and appears it's been broken out the back of the headlight unit. Lights themselves work as they should, however.

Bodywork won't win any awards, there are a few scuffs and there's rust to the offside front wing as is common on these models.

Viewings welcome with prior arrangement, car is located in NG4 area. Can deliver for an extra £25 throughout Nottingham and can also deliver further to a radius of roughly Mansfield/Newark/Derby/Loughborough.
