A mate use to have a 145, had uprated springs and Bilsteins and worked really well in his 145. He is a principal automotive engineer and knows his stuff. If you search DJS (his user name) he mentions his 145 suspension setup. Make sure you do camber and castor after done, Amazon Cars have recommendations on their website to what to set it at. I'm replacing all of the steering ball joints too while I'm there. Will also check the steering box adjustment as well.
