The 760 mk2 was the first to get the intercooled engine and did so when it was first introduced in autumn 1987.

Early 940's were not intercooled but the later ones were. I think the change point was autumn 1991

There are quite a few 700/900's out there that have either had the intercooler set-up added or have had a complete engine replacement with an intercooled unit.
