Last year much criticism was levelled at the lack of information regarding the 50th. anniversary rally. By starting this thread now I hope to forstall any problems.
Venue - Hatton Country World,**Dark Lane, Hatton,**Warwickshire,**CV35 8XA.
Dates - 15th. And 16th. June. The main events will be on the Sunday, with Saturday being a "social" day with people free to arrange their own entertainment.
For camping and caravanning the site will be open from 14.00 on Thursday 13th. until 12.00 on Monday the 17th. (non VOC members please let me know the dates when you wish to stay).
An evening meal has been arranged, in Hatton Park's restaurant, for the Saturday evening. If you wish to attend please pre-book with Dave Ovenden on
davevoc@btinternet.com As a further entertainment a band (Revival) will perform in the on site marquee.
usual there will be a range of trade stands, together with catering etc. (tyre fitting, windscreen repair and smart repairs are planned)
Barbecues will be permitted in the camping/ caravanning area (but no fires on the ground please) and dogs to be kept on leads please.
Invites have again been extended to V3M, the VEC and T5d5 and in addition the Daf Owners Club have been invited as "guest club"
