V70 Brodit Proclip phone holder mount
Brodit part number 652982.
This clips into the top of the centre console and gives a mounting point for the Brodit phone holders, without needing to drill into the dash or anything like that. Purpose built for V70 / CX70 2000-2007 (might also fit S60).
This is used so already has screw holes, but you'll be re-using them to mount your phone holder.
