Also the specialist independent had said it was corroded CEM due to water ingress. I could not see any sign of ingress. I asked him if that was the case, did you resolve the ingress problem and he mumbled yeah.. but then did not tell me what he resolved but started to show me CEM schematics and line wire diagrams and that he was talking to volvo technicians direct as no one had an answer.
So check the DEM module on the back wheels and see if that is blown.
