Hi, need some guidance please. A Volvo dealership has said they upgraded the firmware on the Sat Nav, but when I try to update using the USB device I am asked to enter a Code. I have a 2011 XC60, Sensus Software ver: 0995, Map ver V30.11.03 (Europe).

What firmware version allows for free upgrades via the USB drive?
