"They" say the idea behind poly bushes is to provide a more sporty feel. I personally think my sporty days are long gone so I've chosen rubber. Perhaps rubber bushes on the back will help?

If you don't fancy doing the trailing arms just yet rubber bushes on the Panhard rod might give a bit more give - a bit more sloppiness is what you probably need for comfort...
