You just need to bring the car over and register with the GE authorities. It is a pan european spec car - there should be no problem. The age of the car may affect any TUV testing. If the car is less than 3 years old in the UK, there is no testing. Best idea is to get in touch direct.
I have been driving RHD cars in Germany for 10 years and you do not need to change the instrument display panels. The XC60 is capable of displaying KM/hr.
