Thank you for asking.

The court letter arrived yesterday (the hearing was last week)

1. Judgement for the Claimant
2. Defendant to pay: a. damages b. Interest thereon c. Fixed costs and Court fees.

Although the damages/interest were virtually negligible for the effort involved, I am just one of those folk who has to persue such 'injustices'!

The poor old Judge was not overwise and even more deaf than me ;-)

I had my day (well - afternoon) in court.

She told me that we'd been treated very badly.

On a very positive note, due to all of the hassle, I did a little research and have discovered Horton Cars HP18 9QQ Oxfordshire/Bucks. Graham and Charlie et al. (Volvo specialists)

They are proper mechanics with oily hands!!

They flushed the gearbox and serviced the Haldex 2 days ago.

For the tricky stuff I'll be heading back there in future.
