I wish you all the best in your court case, and fair play to you for standing up to them, I know it means even more stress than you have already had to endure, but you are doing what you think is right and any other sane person who has followed this story i'm sure will agree and hope justice prevails and you get the right outcome and also compensated for the many hours you have spent chasing a fair resolution, which if that dealer had any decency at all would have done the right and fair thing for you, and how many forum members have read these posts and thought to themselves - [especially if they are local to that main dealer] - well I won't be taking my car for a service there then. They have shot themselves in the foot.
