In context, 'loki', I read that as a nod towards the VOC roundel in the bottom LH corner of the rear window - visible in the second photograph. Presumably the car is the late property of a member of the club? If they also happen to be a member of the forum, might they also be willing to assist 'bogart' with something of it's history?
I suppose the previous owners
might have been enthusiastic stamp-collectors or train-spotters, but that's hardly relevant, is it?
It does look a nice example though, but, as 'bogart' acknowledged, at a price. I do like the colour, though; it's the same as my V70 - although mine's not as highly polished!
