Same range for me, I get 21/22 out of mine. As you mentioned before I think the new battery will be around 30ish miles practically. Here's a quote from a review I read:-
"Volvo said the XC60 PHEV will increase its all-electric driving range from 19 EPA-rated miles to an anticipated 32 miles"
