The bulkhead insulation is a product called Hardura :~

The above link is for two classic car upholstery suppliers (others exist) and generally a good place to look- it now comes with a felt backing so a good soaking with a wax rust treatment is worthwhile, some years back it had a removable foam back but I've not seen this for some time.
The edge trim surround is also available from the above and it's a standard panel edge type that is pushed/pressed on etc.
