Did you reset the gearbox oil counter using vida? I believe the gearbox profile changes as the oil degrades so when the oil is changed you must reset the counter so that it knows it is running on clean oil and can change how it behaves.
Also it usually takes several drain and fills to remove the majority of the old oil, perhaps the 1 drain and fill was not enough.
I'd suggest doing a few more drain and fill when you get vida and resetting the counter to see if that improves anything, plus vida will tell you any other faults that are flagging up with the gearbox too.
