Quick query for all you guys, hoping some of you can help.

Are S60 P2 bodywork parts interchangeable between facelift versions?

I have a 2004 S60 but I prefer the 2005+ facelift bodywork parts, mainly for the fact that the trim parts are body coloured. The black trim parts on the pre-facelift version look rather dated and was hoping to make mine look a bit more up to date and give it a fresher look. My only other option would be to spray the black trim parts on my S60 the same colour as the bodywork, but heard getting the trim pieces smooth rather than being textured can be quite tough, plus not sure if my spraying skills are up to the job of making the finish look good, although this option would be a lot cheaper, so would consider it.

Any info on this anyone can provide would be greatly appreciated.
