Yeah I'd give them a call. From yours I'd say the expiry date is the issue. The intention is to give 3 services, so you may be able to argue that, but from a straight written interpretation I'd say 31 Jan 2023 is your last date you can get a service done! If they say March 2023 on the phone, get it in writing!
