Check the charged air pipe from turbo all the way to the intercooler and on to the inlet manifold.
Look for splits / cracks / hose clamps having fallen off etc.

Check also the intercooler for leaks

The best way to do a leak test is with a smoke test machine.

But the poor mans way is a second person revving the engine while you look under and around the motor following the charged air pipe and looking / feeling for air leaks.

Watch your hands around moving parts!
