I have had the common v40 (2000) problem of burning through thousands of headlight bulbs. I know that Volvo released a TSB recommending fitting a wiring harness to solve this issue (part #30621291). I have ordered the parts and am wating for them to arrive.

Can anyone tell me how to fit them? In language that an enthusiastic, but relatively unskilled, home mechanic can understand? Any diagrammes floating around out there?

Any advice appreciated
