Absolutely correct - also the base fuel you get is exactly the same, there is a certain specification for 95RON/97RON etc, the difference is the additives each premium brand markets - Morissons and probably most of the supermarkets fuel for example has no additives at all, and all of the additives are not just for performance, Shell add an anti foaming agent to enable you to fill more in a full tank.
