When you changed the DPF did you “tell” the car it had been replaced? Did you also check the integrity of the sensing pipes from the DPF to the sensor? On mine one of the pipes was perished and leaking slightly so only a reduced pressure was being picked up. The flexible pipes do fail due to the heat. Mine looked intact but had split under the outer protective sleeve.
Does your car have EOLYS for your DPF? You don’t give the year of your car. If it does have EOLYs has it been topped up and counter reset?
