replaced that today, tbh the old one looked ok really other than a bit grubby, but it's new now anyway. not heard the knock again yet but time will tell

interesting, do you mean fold it away from the wheel, or away from subframe / pulley area. Funny enough i did wonder when it was looking at it today whether it would flap about. was thinking of making a small hole near the bottom and tying it back to the subframe
I found a few other things as well like a couple of heavy-duty-ish pipes under the pully end that should be clipped to the subframe (over the wishbone bolt heads) and one had come loose, that's the one I cable tied back
also there's a weird plastic tubing attached to the water bottle that seems to be some sort of overflow runoff or something, comes out underneath the rad. that was a bit loose so I made sure it was more firmly fixed
