I got my remapped about 2 years ago (C70 2.0D) and haven't had any issues so far. It was done on a dyno, so the new map was "tailored" to my car and I recommend it cause it's the safest way to do it.
170bhp/400Nm - these are more or less D5 figures in a lighter and more efficient engine - seems perfect to me
