No its better than that , and there is no room to hit a socket around the edge .
The centre dummy bolt head revolves.
Volvo themselves developed this with an Italian Manufacturer .
The parts are galvanised . And the dealer has access to a master set to get them off If a key is lost . Keys are not available .
