Default Brake pedal vibration on clutch depression

Hi all, it’s been a while. I’ve an issue following brake replacement. (Front disks and pads) on my 2005 D5 S80.

Randomly I get a ‘farting’ noise / vibration through the brake pedal. I can’t decide if it’s the pads rattling or air in the hydraulics somewhere. It’s normally on approach to a roundabout or junction when slowing to a stop.

When I try to reproduce, it seems to happen more when the clutch is depressed, (maybe more pronounced near the bottom of the travel?)

I’ve read that crappy pads may cause vibration as the dust gets I between the pads and disks but not sure why the clutch would make this more frequent.

I’ve bled the front brakes and clutch line but that made no difference and I’m not getting the clutch pedal stuck to the floor thing as if there was air in there.

I did wind back one of the brake pistons with the reservoir cap on 🤦*♂️, could I have I popped a seal somewhere?
