Good morning, 'mentepazza'. While my very early Haynes manual for the 240 details the B20 motor carried over from the 140, I think you are right. As I recall, the B21A OHC engine was the 'entry level' motor in the UK. It is possible that the B20 OHV unit may have been available to special order, but I don't recall ever seeing any 'in the flesh'.
