It took Volvo five years to make BLIS finally standard on European XC90 models starting with MY2022 (yay!). (It's been standard on US models since launch though.) BLIS also provides Cross Traffic Alert which is a must in the UK given the tight parking spaces especially in supermarkets carparks with kids roaming around.
Our XC90 doesn't have BLIS or 360 but our S90 has both. The 360 is not as good as Mercedes' but still handy when maneuvering in tight spaces. I can live without 360 but not BLIS.
