My oil consumption problem is still on going. Since the previous post, the car went back in to the garage and it was suggested that I had the oil separator changed, this hasn't helped anything.
Today I spent a couple of hours taking things apart (EGR fault showing up now - P1407 EGR flow not detected) and discovered a fair amount of oil between the EGR valve and intake plenum, prior to the throttle plate it's fairly clean. Is there any way oil could get in to the EGR gas?!
