Rather than the drain, fill repeat method have a search for 'gibbons' on here .....
Using this method requires one of the cooler lines to be removed, you then turn the engine on to pump out 2l of fluid at a time topping up via the dipstick tube in between.
The advantage of this is that all the fluid is changed and you need less than repeated drain and fills.
Mannol also do a 3309 spec fluid that is relatively cheap.
