To the OP -

Yes get the oil changed, that’s the first step, you can do it at home via a series of 3 or more “sump dumps”. Loads of threads on hear and YouTube - you don’t absolutely need Vida, just replace the exact quantity of fluid you remove, and when you’ve done the last one, check the level.

You should also get it into a main dealer and get the TCM software updated - there is a software fix for this very issue and it often works.
