A descent hydraulics company will make these lines up and are more than capable of using the existing fittings:~ If you don't fancy the DIY approach then it is worth asking the question.
I generally use Tom Parker- Preston for local members, they have made quite a few various lines for me over the years (much older cars) and on more than one occasion I've been able to watch the process in the workshop etc.
