I forgot to say I have the A005 EVO tyres on the family car (1.6 turbo 2012 focus estate) which has 235/35R18 tyres, the handling of the ford is far superior to that of the Volvo and it has never lost traction at all and it sticks to the road like poop to a blanket. I suspect the issue with the 940 starting to lose traction slightly at the rear is due to the amount of body roll it has still.
