Yup.
Main issue is play in the steering rack, it can only be seen when the tie rod boot is removed, without it there was no obvious sign and no mechanic could tell.
The steering wheel bolt needed tightening, I could tell it was loose because if I grabbed the steering wheel at 12 and 6 there was slight play. This made enough of a difference that I haven't replaced the rack.
Replacing inner/outer tie rods both sides made no difference
