The clutch on an M90 940 is the lightest clutch I've ever felt, I thought it was broken the first time I pushed the pedal on my gearbox donor, if yours is stiff/heavy then there's an issue somewhere.
There is a website for kit car parts but I can't remember the name of it, they would probably sell something.
