Got the spare ecu back today from the mapper local to me. He managed to solder 2 sockets in the ecu and then map it.
Fitted the ecu and its made a massive difference. Also seems to feel smoother. it used to be a bit rough as the revs dropped but its perfectly smooth now. Very happy with the outcome.
