Thanks Bob - I've put it all back ready for the MoT, but will lift it back out next week and have a good look then. I think the plan will be to get all the carpets etc out when the weather's nice and clean, check and waxoyl everything we can from the inside - I know there's some welding to do at the back, in one wheel well and along the underside of the tailgate (under the slam panel, I think it's called?). That way, we can get any other metalwork sorted at one time - I've found a good welder to do it for us.
