An early 245 is very similar to a late 145 from the A-pillars rearwards, and above the bumpers.
HOWEVER, the front end is
completely different, you could in theory fashion 145 front panels to a 245, but you would have to cut the chassis rails back - the 145 is shorter.
The rear bumper and valance area is quite different as well - I looked into it for my 245
