The Aisin Warner box used in the Volvo is used to huge mileages in the Toyota and Lexus brands in earlier versions. I would be tempted to follow their change guidelines which I don’t believe will be each 20k.

My local independent specialist advised me to change it every 40,000 miles if driving ordinarily, or every 25,000 miles
if towing. This was based on the older fluid though.
This is the same advice I’ve given to the OP, but I suppose he could stretch that a bit if he wanted because his transmission is newer/requires the newer fluid. I wouldn’t do anymore than 50k without changing it personally, or 35k-40k if I was towing loads regularly.
