My xc70 with 170k had quite a bit of oil on, the heater nipple was pretty loose, that clamp on the rubber/soft plastic pipe to the CC separator had a jubilee clip.
My v60 with 50k has the volvo "improved" design but still shows oil leaking out.
I'll be putting a jubilee clip on the hose clamp I needed to break off on the breather pipe. It spears to be the best way of securing the pipe.
Short answer, break off the clamp, discard and replace with a de ent jubilee clip.
