Better to take your time and get it right, it's not a job to be rushed.
I wish I'd seen that guide when I did mine: it would have been most useful. I used a 100cm 3/4 inch breaker bar and a length of scaffold tube together with a 50cm extension and an axle stand. The scaffold tube gave me a bit more control when angle tightening the crank bolt.
