A clean, sorted, rust free and mechanically sorted manual 850 T5 will not be found for £2k. Even the less desirable V70s are creeping past that point. I'd be budgeting closer to £3.5k in the current market, if not more.
If you don't mind one that needs work then your budget is fine, but it seems like that isn't what you're looking for.
