So, dropped the car off on Thursday morning at Stoneacre Stockton.
Got a call mid afternoon, to say they'd broken the screen when removing it and would have to order a new one.
Fair play to Stoneacre, they paid for everything so I now have a brand new screen, fully waterproof at no cost to me.
I can't speak highly enough of Stoneacre volvo.
