I'm not quite sure what the problem is with the Panhard rod bushes. It is possible to fit them yourself without a press:

... although that is a bit fiddly. It is much easier if one has a mate with a press:

... when they take only a few minutes to push out and refit.
I hope that helps... I'm having trouble understanding what is the issue; this isn't difficult work.
