Default V50 1.6D hesitating between 1600 - 2000 RPM + Antiskid issue

Hello there!
I'm out of ideas to try and fix my 2006 V50 1.6D

The issue is the engine is hesitating under smooth acceleration always between 1600 and 2000 RPM in any gear. If I accelerate hard, it seems fine. The issue is intermittent and fairly random. Sometimes it happens fairly regularly, sometimes the car drives fine for 30 minutes and then starts hesitating again. I am not able to consistently replicate the fault when I test drive it.

Along with this, I occasionnaly get the "Antiskid repair required" message pop up on the dashboard. However, this is even more intermittent as it only seems to ever happen after at least 20 minutes of driving, but sometimes it doesn't appear at all, even on a long 3 hour drive. I would say it happens on 50% of all >20min drives. Nothing in particular seems to trigger it.

I do not know if this is linked with the hesitating.

I have recently repaced:
DPF pressure sensor
Fuel Filter
EGR valve (and reset in VIDA)
Battery is new
The 2 front wheel sensors
The entire fuel system has been flushed and cleaned
The Eolys fluid had been filled and reset in VIDA

The car is driveable, but I find it incredibly annoying to drive when it doesn't work like it should.

After clearing the codes and going for 1 or 2 drives with the hesitation and antiskids faults occuring, I either get "No faults" or just the one fault "particulate trap - signal too high"

However, after driving it like this for a month,
the faults have built up to this:

ECM-6720 EGR control - flow too high
ECM-4477 EGR control - flow too low
ECM-4460 EGR control - Jammed
ECM-2A40 Particulate trap - Signal too high
ECM-3100 RPM sensor - Signal missing
BCM-0101 Comunication between control units Communicationnal problems with ECM
CEM-6C08 Central Lock, right rear door Lock failure
(attachment)

The central locking failure does pop up from time to time, that's fine, it's never been a problem.

But, to me, having all these faults makes no sense whatsoever. So I can only imagine it being caused by a dodgy wiring loom or connection somewhere? But I'm struggling to find anything.

Sorry for the super long post, but trying to be as detailed as possible. Haven't been able to find anyone online with a similar issue.

If anyone has any ideas, I would be eternally greatful.

Thanks
