I know its probably a bit of a trek for you but I have used Just Volvo Centre in Totton for five years now. Owned by Graham who is ex Volvo - its a small independent operation but I have always found Graham very helpful and his charges reasonable. I often just chat about cars with him and he certainly has a lot of knowledge and experience which has been invaluable. He will generally lend a car or Totton train station is not that far away. Martin is also very good and helpful there.
