I believe the software recall is as a result of his involvement. However, we'd all like it to go further.

And as for being charged for a MAF sensor when the dealer must have known of the ETM problem, and still having the same symptoms is tantamount to being criminal in my book.

I suggest you ring the person that owns the dealership to discuss. I suggest you also ring Volvo UK to report them.
