The issue with the Volvo dealer is that a 9 week to 18 month old car probably is best with them. You will pay through the nose but it’s a complex vehicle.
At 10 years plus a lot of the Volvo dealers will not have worked on one of those vehicles! There are many youngsters in the dealerships that have never even been trained on those cars and the diagnostics have been outdated for 1 years.
For me personally my 2012 vehicle is either repaired by myself or a very competent loca mechanic.
I have huge respect for vehicle mechanics that learn all tue complexity. I have little respect for Volvo U.K. who churn over staff, often from school, often on pitiful wages that have only been trained on the modern stuff and don’t know cars existed 10 years ago.
Clan my disagree but the experience I detail will be the experience most on here will relate to.
