I have given professional advice on this problem many times here over the years taking trouble to give part numbers etc .. A search should find the results . Although I never have any luck with searching here ... The dealer knows exactly what to do , it Isn't the easiest job for the average person .
You are right sometimes best to keep quiet , it would save an hour in this case , but I like to help where possible .
