As per above, you should be able to do this in VIDA if yours does NOT have the factory fit LED DRLs that replace the fog lights.
XC90 is a bit of an exception as it was still being made long after all the other P2 cars were replaced. Any other P3 Volvo from 2010 you will not be able to disable the DRL in vida, but P2 should be ok.
