Agreed John. A friend of mine sold his great condition 2006 Saab 9-3 Convertible with cream leather and a working roof to WBAC for £600! If only he had asked me first.
Due to ill health, I had a high mileage 2007 S60 D5 sitting on my drive collecting moss for about 18+ months. A battered recovery truck pulled up one day and 2 guys asked me if I would take £200 for it? Errr….nope. Put some air in the tyres, got it MOT’d with minor advisories and sold it cheap for £1500 on Gumtree.
